Vacuum filling system (SRV)

- A compact and simplified system:

The SRV has been created to integrate into your work environment in the easiest and least intrusive way. In addition, the simplicity of the controls allows a better durability of the components.

- An integrated emptying station:

This emptying station has been integrated to avoid on the one hand an additional investment, and on the other hand an additional invasion of the workspace.

DESCRIPTION OF SRV

Front face:

- Vacuum chamber (CAV) with a sealed door (PE)

- Vacuum pressure gauge graduated in Bar (M)

- Dump station for cartridges (SV) equipped with a reversible seal depending on the

cartridge to be treated

- Push button "on / off" (M / A) for the pump

- 2-position (V / R) “drain / re-prime” switch for the pump

- Re-priming hose (DR)

Back side:

- Electrical power outlet (PAE)

Right side:

- Waste ink collection jar (BEU) connected to this face by 2 hoses

- 2-position "Chamber / Drain" control (CCV)

Left side:

- Label with serial number

Top:

- 1 syringe of 20 ml with 3-way valve for filling in black (SN + VN)

- 3 syringes of 10 ml with 3-way valve for color filling (3 x SC + 3 x VC)

(the syringes are mounted on a device facilitating their rapid disassembly in the event of replacement)

- Cartridge lock control rod on drain station (CV)

- 4 hose outlets each equipped with a metal plunger filter to connect the bottles new inks (4 x DAE)

The 3-way valves (VB and 3 x VC) have 2 positions which concern us, "loading" (connected to

a new ink bottle) and "filling" (connected to the filling chamber)

- This user manual

- A power cable with an electric transformer

- A hose in priming / unclogging mode

- A starter kit containing 1 bottle of ink per color (i.e. 4 bottles) + 1 set of clips for cartridges once filled + 1 bottle of cleaning liquid

- A scale to check the empty and full weight of the cartridges

- An ultra sound cleaning tank

- A 1.5 mm diameter metal drill to drill the cartridges if necessary
